The Roland Juno 60 is one of the most classic, vintage synths.
Its been used by so many artist for a good reason, it just sounds fantastic.
TAL-U-NO-LX is an emulation of this great synth. We have been working with hardware synths for many years. The list is long and includes many classic synths from Roland,Moog (trained by), Sequential Circuits, Korg, New England Digital (we did the worlds fully sampled project on the Synclavier, now on display in the Smithsonian).
We designed ten complete soundsets for TAL-U-NO-LX. The idea was to bring some authentic sounds from the heyday of this classic synth.
With all the great samplers and sample based virtual instruments available on the market, I often find that the fullest, warmest sounds come from the old classics.
One of those classics was the Juno 60.
The Juno-60 had that warm, thick, pad sound often associated with analog hardware synthesizers, something samples just cant fully emulate.
The TAL-U-NO-LX, a rewritten emulation of the popular Juno 60 can get pretty close but a soft synth is only as good as its presets.
Electric Emerald is a new sound-set for TAL-U-NO-LX.
It is our 4th and best sound-set for the TAL-U-NO-LX Juno 60 emulation.
We have been designing presets for a very longtime.
In fact Zak is responsible for the worlds first completely sampled recording.
This production is part of the Smithsonian permanent collection. Stevie Wonder was kind enough to loan his Synclavier which was used for all the sampling.
Zak has worked doing engineering and production for well over 1000 musicians, several recording labels and worked designing sounds for nearly 3 decades.
Zaks engineering/productions have been released by Opal Music, Audion, Sugarhill, Matador, 4AD and others.
You can hear VSP presets on recordings worldwide in film, radio and studio productions.
We offer some of the most experienced sound design available.
